Our girls LOVE pancakes, so we occasionally have them for dinner. I always end up feeling like they haven’t gotten enough protein from the meal, so I switched it up. I made Peanut Butter-Yogurt Pancakes for our 4 year old and Blueberry-Egg Pancakes for our 1 year old. They turned out rather well and they both gobbled them up. My 4 year old keeps insisting that she needs Peanut Butter-Yogurt Pancakes for every meal.
Peanut Butter-Yogurt Pancakes:
I just mixed Peanut Butter and Yogurt into the normal pancake mix to my desired consistency.
I added 2 Eggs and a handful of Blueberries to the normal pancake mix.
